2017 Board Meeting notices

Click below to access the public notices for meetings of the Summit County Land Bank Board of Directors.   The Board of Directors of the Land Bank is required to hold at least one meeting during the first quarter of each calendar year, which is designated as the annual meeting, and is typically held in January.  In addition to the annual meeting, the Board of Directors must meet at least once during each remaining calendar quarter.  In practice, our Board of Directors typically meets every other month, beginning in January of each year.

Throughout the year, the Board of Directors may call special meetings of the board of directors, as needed, to conduct the business of the Summit County Land Bank.

For the annual meeting, and all subsequent regular meetings of the Board of Directors, public notice is posted no less than 7 days in advance of the meeting.  For special meetings, public notice will be posted no less 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

The location of all meetings, unless otherwise posted, will be Summit County Council Chambers, Ohio Building, 7th Floor, 175 S. Main St., Akron, OH 44308.
